Description of Services: Program supports children under the age of 6 who do not have a primary care physician or nurse practitioner

Services include:
  • Well Baby/Child Assessments
  • Immunizations Developmental
  • Screening Nutrition
  • Support Referrals
  • Assistance with navigating the healthcare system and community services
  • Assessment and treatment of non-emergent, episodic concerns such as ear infections, cough, rashes
Requirements
Fees: Most fees covered through OHIP * some fees for other programs
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Children under 6 years old unattached or "questionably" attached, i.e. provider not accessible due to distance
Application: No referral required * Applications may be made directly through provided number and extension or WECHC website
